Alumni of Harvard College or the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences
are eligible for the On-Campus Recruiting Program, although the program is primarily geared towards current students. An @post email address is required for alumni to participate in the program.
Often it is more practical for alumni to use the contact information available through the Recruiting Program than to go through the program itself. Alumni often have more work experience than recruiters are expecting to find in their college recruiting efforts, and may be available for an immediate start-date rather than the summer start date recruiters expect of current students.
Further, as the companies will be coming to the Harvard campus to interview, On-Campus Recruiting may not be the ideal route for alumni living far from Cambridge.
You may want an eRecruiting account for active participation in On-Campus recruiting or simply to enter contact names and addresses of your company. To obtain an eRecruiting account:
- create an email with "eRecruiting Account" as the subject line
- include your registration detail exactly as shown below
- send the email to fasocs@fas.harvard.edu
- You will get and email notification of your registration within 2-3 business days
