The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences has partnered with Interfolio, an application portfolio management service, to help you manage your letters of recommendation and other academic job search documents. Interfolio is used by students, alumni, and faculty of many peer institutions including Cornell University, University of Chicago, Columbia University, and Yale University.
If you have never had a dossier with OCS please download self-directed instructions (pdf) to assist your Interfolio activation process.
If you have had a dossier with OCS at any point in time please email the Dossier Coordinator at dossier@fas.harvard.edu and answer the following questions in the email:
1) When did you graduate?
2) Did you have a paper file dossier with OCS? OR,
3) Did you have an electronic dossier with OCS? If so, do you remember your email address and username?
Once the Dossier Office receives your information, we will email you back specialized self-directed instructions within two business days. This will greatly assist your Interfolio activation process.
