Overview
Harvard Extension School graduates will be eligible to use the Fall On-Campus Interview Program. The On-Campus Interview Program (OCI) brings employers on campus for full-time, first-round job interviews for graduating students. Interviews are held from September-October. To participate, you must (1) attend an HES orientation in August (2), have a 3.5 or higher cumulative GPA, (3) meet with HES Career Counselor Linda Spencer, and (4) be in your final year of study.
Please be aware that the OCI Program is primarily for the entry-level hiring of Harvard College undergraduates. Employers will indicate in their job description and requirements section whether or not they are willing to receive applications from HES Students.
The Office of Career Services has the resources and the staff to help you prepare to be the best candidate you can be from beginning to end; however, the process is highly competitive and does not suit employers from every sector. Indeed, the program is heavily concentrated in the areas of consulting and finance. The program is not meant to be the single source of all employment opportunities. It is one tool among many that you should utilize when searching for a job.
