Why can’t I log onto eRecruiting?

If you would like to make a change to your posting or contact information, please email the details to ocs_recruiting@harvard.edu. Please be sure to include the Job Code (Six Digit code found next to Job Name), Job Title, and any information you would like changed in your email.

Where is the logon page for my Experience Account?

Harvard uses Experience.com to help manage our recruiting programs. To login to Experience, goto their Employer Account page.

How do I see what our posting looks like on eRecruiting if I can’t log in?

Employers may login to see the student view of the postings on eRecruiting. Please email ocs_recruiting@harvard.edu with "Student View Request" in the subject line. You will be sent login instructions so you may browse all of the postings as though you were a student. You will see all information EXACTLY as a student would see it.

I noticed a problem with our posting on eRecruiting. How do I correct it?

Send an email with a clear description of the problem, along with the information to be added/corrected to ocs_recruiting@harvard.edu. Please be sure to include: Job Code (Six Digit code found next to Job Name), Job Name, and Company Name.

How do I link to Harvard College & GSAS from my Experience Account?

New employers will need to link to the Harvard College and GSAS site using the "School Key", which will be emailed to primary contacts the week of your student application deadline. Until that time, ALL employers are blocked from the eRecruiting system. Returning employers are automatically linked, but access will remain blocked until the week of the Student Application Deadline.

How do I view/download the applications and resumes?

Follow these steps to view your applications:
  1. Go to your Jobs section and select the numeric link in the Applications column.
  2. Use the "Print All Applications" link for easy access to all of the submitted resumes and application materials.
  3. Once you are ready to make your decisions, select the students you wish to accept by placing a checkmark to the left of their name(s). Use the "choose an action" menu to accept your chosen candidates. Click the "submit" button when you are ready to confirm your acceptances.
  4. An automatic email will go out to the applicants informing them of your decision. You can also add a custom message to this email when you confirm your decision.
  5. Repeat the process for any students you wish to select as alternates or decline*. These students will also be notified by automatic email of your decision. *PLEASE NOTE: It is a critically important courtesy to notify any students who you do NOT wish to interview when making your selections. Simply change their status to “DECLINED” and they will be notified automatically. This will allow them to pursue opportunities with other organizations who may be a better match for their skills.

How do I add a student to our schedule after it has been frozen?

You cannot make any changes once schedules have frozen. Please contact the Recruiting Office directly for assistance.

How do I find my pre-select date?

Pre-select dates are listed on the On-Campus Recruiting Calendar you received with your confirmation packet. Find your "Date of Visit" in the left-hand column of the table, then scan to the right to find the corresponding "Student Resume Submission Deadline" (a.k.a. "Application Deadline") and your "Company Selection Deadline" (a.k.a. "Pre-select date"). Generally, your pre-select deadline will be at 5pm, on the Tuesday following the "Application Deadline".

Where are the 2nd Round interviews held?

The Harvard Recruiting Program hosts 1st round interviews only. Employers must make arrangements for any subsequent interview round themselves. You should also be aware of our policies for 2nd round interviews.
