How do I post a job/internship?

What is the difference between eRecruiting and MonsterTRAK?

eRecruiting is the system Harvard uses to manage the On Campus Recruiting Program. MonsterTRAK is used by employers who do not wish to interview on campus. You can post your job directly by visiting www.monstertrak.com.

When is your Career Fair? How do I register?

What are the average starting salaries of graduates/interns?

The Office of Career Services does not currently release starting salary data.

Do you have industry placement statistics for your graduates?

The Office of Career Services does not publicize industry placement statistics for our graduates.

What happens if I send in my job posting via e-mail or fax?

OCS will post internships listings on MonsterTRAK free of charge. MonsterTRAK is a password protected job and internship search database for college and university students and alumni. The MonsterTRAK database is accessible 24 hours a day and students and alumni are able to access it from their homes. To post full-time opportunities, please visit MonsterTRAK directly.
