• designed to integrate your organization into the career planning process of Harvard undergraduate students, from freshman through senior year, representing all concentrations.
• is the perfect event for sharing information about your organization and answering any questions that students may have.

DATE:
Friday, December 4, 2009

PLACE:
Gutman Conference Center, 6 Appian Way in Harvard Square.
Radcliffe Gymnasium, 10 Garden Street in Harvard Square.

EXHIBITS:
Each vendor will have a covered six foot table at which to greet students. Vendors are welcome to bring program literature to distribute.

SCHEDULE:
11:00-12:00am: Set-up exhibits
12:00-4:00pm: Summer Fair open to students
4:00-5:00pm: Pack up exhibits, informal contact with other participants and OCS staff.

COST:
For Profit Employers: $250
Not for Profit Employers: $50
Harvard Affliates: Free
