PLACE:
Gordon Track and Tennis Center, located at 79 North Harvard Street alongside the football stadium.
EXHIBITS:
Each participant will be provided with approximately 32 square feet of space. We include a table for displays and chairs. Electrical outlets are available for a $50 fee.
SCHEDULE:
9:00-10:00am: Set-up exhibits and catered breakfast
10:00-4:00pm: Career Forum open to students
11:30-1:30pm: Catered lunch* for employers
4:00-5:00pm: Pack up exhibits, informal contact with other participants and OCS staff.
*The forum will remain open during lunch. We suggest having two representatives to ensure continuous coverage of your exhibit.
COSTS:
Non-profit employers - $100
First-time for-profit employers - $350
Returning for-profit employers - $700
Additional fee for electrical outlet - $50
PARKING:
There is free parking located across North Harvard Street at the Harvard Business School lot.
