Reservation Request Procedure for

Harvard Undergraduate, MA/MS, and PhD

On-Campus Recruiting

We are pleased to continue our online on-campus recruiting request procedure for fall and spring 2008-2009 recruiting dates. This year, to sign up for On-Campus Interviews, Employer Information Meetings, and brand-building Educational Presentations, employers must carefully complete the following important steps.

EMPLOYER ON-CAMPUS RECRUITING REQUEST

  1. Complete the online Harvard Recruiting Request Form.
  2. Returning employers must, in addition, complete the online Harvard Hiring Survey.  
  3. Returning employers must remit all prior past-due recruiting fees. If there is an outstanding balance, you will be contact by the Recruiting Office to resolve payment.
  4. Employers must agree to all Fees and Policies.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

  1. The Harvard Recruiting Office will then personally call employers on a first-come first-served basis to complete reservations for fall and/or spring.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT AND JOB DESCRIPTIONS – FRIDAY, AUGUST 1st, 2008.

  1. You will receive an invoice by email and hard copy. NEW POLICY ALERT: Interview space not paid for by August 1 will be offered to employers on the waitlist. All fees for for-profit organizations must be paid by credit card.
  2. This year, job descriptions for all fall, full-time postings must be emailed to ocs_recruiting@harvard.edu by Friday, August 1st because students will begin viewing postings on August 15th.

EMPLOYER INFORMATION/NETWORKING SESSIONS – VENUES

After confirming a date and time for your Employer Information/Networking Session with the Recruiting Office, you are responsible for contacting area venues to reserve the proper size space and refreshments for your Information Session. CAREER FORUM – FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 26, 2008

Registration for the 27th Harvard Career Forum is open . Sign-up early! This was a “sold out” event last year, attended by over 145 employers and 2,000 Harvard undergraduate and graduate students. Payment will be by credit card only and will be processed by Experience, Inc.
